Contractor Terms
Last updated July 14, 2026 (draft)
1. Acceptance of terms
These Contractor Terms apply to any business that applies for an Anchorframe contractor account, in addition to the general Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility and verification
Contractor accounts move through a verification pipeline (registered, license submitted, license confirmed, insurance submitted, fully reviewed) before receiving live leads. Anchorframe may request additional documentation at any time.
3. Lead terms
Leads are matched to your account based on the categories, service area, and budget you configure. Homeowner leads include the homeowner's own price expectations from their Project Price Snapshot, which is a planning estimate, not a number Anchorframe guarantees you can meet.
Sponsored placement, where offered, is always separately itemized and labeled "Sponsored."
4. Contractor conduct
You are solely responsible for your own compliance with applicable law when contacting homeowners, including telemarketing and do-not-call laws. You agree to honor a homeowner's stated contact preferences.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share lead information with any third party.
5. Termination
Anchorframe may suspend or terminate a contractor account for violation of these terms, credible complaints, or failure to maintain required licensing or insurance.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchorframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction (venue to be finalized by counsel prior to launch).
