1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Anchorframe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Anchorframe is an independent project-estimation and contractor-matching service: we provide preliminary planning price estimates and connect homeowners with independent, third-party contractor partners. Anchorframe does not perform construction, remodeling, or repair services itself, and is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor partner.
3. Price estimates are not quotes
Your Project Price Snapshot is a preliminary planning estimate calculated from the information you provide and general pricing data for your category and area. It is not a bid, quote, appraisal, or guarantee of final cost. Actual pricing must be provided directly by a contractor after reviewing your project.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Anchorframe.
5. Homeowner responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your project and property, and confirm that you are the property owner or are otherwise authorized to request work on the property described.
6. No warranty on contractor work
Anchorframe reviews license and insurance documentation as part of our verification pipeline, but does not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, licensing status, or legality of any work performed by a matched contractor. Any dispute regarding work performed is between you and the contractor.
7. Consent to contact
When you submit your contact information and required consent as part of an estimate request, you consent to be contacted by up to 3 matched contractor partners by phone, text message, or email, as described at the point of submission. Consent is not a condition of using Anchorframe.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to submit false or fraudulent project requests, misuse contractor contact information, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service, including all price estimates, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchorframe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, your reliance on an estimate, or your interactions with matched contractors.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction (venue to be finalized by counsel prior to launch).
