Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and project address.

Contractor information: business name, license and insurance details, service area, and categories, for contractor accounts.

Usage information: pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location inferred from IP address.

3. How we use information

To calculate your preliminary price range and project report.

To connect homeowner projects with contractor partners who serve the relevant category and area, when you submit your contact information and consent.

To operate, maintain, and improve the service, including fraud and spam prevention.

To communicate with you about your estimate, account, or matches, consistent with the preferences and consent you provide.

4. How we share information

With matched contractor partners: your report and contact details are shared with up to 3 participating contractor partners matched to your project, when you submit your contact information and required consent as part of the estimate request.

With service providers: we use third-party providers for hosting and form processing (including Netlify), who process information on our behalf.

We do not sell homeowner project or contact information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and request deletion or correction of it.

6. Do not sell or share my personal information

California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Sharing project details with matched contractor partners is provided to fulfill your own request for matching, not treated as a "sale" — this classification requires confirmation by counsel before this policy is finalized.

7. About your price estimate

Your Project Price Snapshot is generated automatically from the answers you provide, using Anchorframe's published pricing logic for your category and area. It is a preliminary planning estimate, not a quote, appraisal, or guarantee, and is not based on an in-person inspection of your property.
