They reach out directly — by call, text, or email, based on what you choose — and you decide who to hire. Anchorframe doesn't build anything itself.

Yes. There's no cost to homeowners to get your price range, project report, or contractor matches.
Is the price range a real quote?
No — it's a preliminary planning estimate based on typical costs for your category, area, and project details. A contractor partner's actual quote can be different once they've seen the site and scope in person, and may change after an inspection, measurements, material selections, permitting review, and confirmation of the project scope.
How many contractors will contact me?
Up to 3 participating local contractor partners per project. We disclose this limit, and request your consent, before your information is shared.
How is the price range calculated?
From your category, ZIP code, approximate size, material preference, condition, and access — run through Anchorframe's published pricing logic for that category.
Does Anchorframe do the construction work?
No. Anchorframe is an independent project-estimation and contractor-matching service. All work is performed by independent, third-party contractor partners.
Anchorframe provides preliminary planning estimates and connects homeowners with contractor partners. Final pricing must be provided by the contractor.
